Return Policy for Items or Services Purchased Online We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but Rosemary strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
To return items purchased on RosemaryBredeson.com, you may follow these steps to return them by mail:
1. Pack your return in the original package if possible. 2. Include a note and indicate the reason for the return. 3. Include all original packing materials, instructions and accessories to avoid additional fees. 4. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via insured USPS. 5. You are responsible for all shipping charges. But if the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping. We will add your cost of shipping to your refund amount.
Please do not return items COD. Any charges for COD shipments will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Period Return your item anytime from the date you received the item(s) within 30 calendar days.
Non-Returnable Items Some items, especially service items, are not able to be returned including:
Digital Content (e.g. meditation downloads)
Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
Services, such as telephone coaching sessions that have already been delivered or are scheduled for delivery within 24 hours of an appointment.
Items That Are Defective, Damaged in Shipping, or Incorrect If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online.
Exchanges Items purchased online are not exchangeable. Services scheduled online can be rescheduled to a later time if this is done at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals, a missing item or damaged product fee may be charged.
Promotional Items and Bundles As a benefit to our customers, Rosemary occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together.
When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. For instance, if you purchase a package of services with a discounted price for the "bundle" and you then decide to cancel further services beyond the first one, then the full price for a single session will be deducted from the bundled services price before the refund is provided.
When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is voided and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund. This could result in additional funds being owed to Rosemary. For instance, if you receive $200 in savings when you purchase a series of sessions and you cancel the last session, then the $200 discount is voided and the balance of the delivered sessions will be computed at full price.
Rosemary Discretion Rosemary reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.
Physical Products All physical products are shipped by standard mail via the USPS and are insured for replacement value. See our Return
Policy for instructions on returning physical products.
Digital Products All digital products are delivered online either through direct down-load by the customer or through email services at Rosemary's discretion.
Digital products can not be returned.
Services Services, such as coaching and consultation sessions, seminars, teleseminars, workshops, etc. are delivered either in person or telephonically. Time, place and method of delivery are specified in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling of any service must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time of service delivery for any refund. See our Return Policy.
